April is National Stress Awareness Month and you have two chances to join us for our monthly Lunch N' Learn workshop on "Coping with Stress & Anxiety. Join us at the Person County Office on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. to learn about the difference between stress and anxiety, anxiety disorders, and tips on how to cope. Lunch and handouts will be provided at this workshop. Cost is $5 and must be received by April 5.
We will also be offering our "Coping with Stress & Anxiety" workshop virtually on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 2:00pm. If you cannot attend the workshop live, register and we will email the recorded webinar to you. Register at go.ncsu.edu/granvilleevents.
