DESCRIPTION:<p><a href="https://personcountync-redesign.prod.govaccess.org/home/showpublisheddocument/17742" target="_blank">Public Hearing Notice Closure of a Portion of Country Club Road</a></p><p>NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING<br>Pursuant to applicable provisions of the NC General&nbsp;Statutes, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will&nbsp;be held by the Person County Board of Commissioners&nbsp;on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 6 p.m., in the Person&nbsp;County Office Building Room 215, located at 304 S.&nbsp;Morgan Street, Roxboro, NC.</p><p>Members of the public are invited to offer comments at&nbsp;the public hearing about the proposal to close a portion&nbsp;of State Road 1333, Country Club Road. The portion of&nbsp;the road proposed for closure runs through the Person&nbsp;County Mega Site, from the intersection of State Road&nbsp;1322, Edwin Robertson Road, south for approximately&nbsp;3,800 feet. Any interested person may speak on the issue&nbsp;of whether the closing would be detrimental to the public&nbsp;interest or to any individual property rights.</p><p>For further information, please contact the County&nbsp;Manager’s Office at 336-597-1720.</p>
