We have started our 2025 Extension at Home series, brought to you by a collaboration of N.C. Cooperative Extension Agents. This series will feature a new topic each month related to Family and Consumer Sciences. In January, we are going to provide information on how to “Spice Up Your Life” on Tuesday, January 21 at 10:00 a.m. We will discuss different herbs and spices, health benefits, food pairings, and explore new recipes.
