The Person County Cooperative Extension Service and the Person County Health Department will be hosting the Living Healthy with Diabetes program. It is a FREE 6-week program developed by the Self Management Resource Center that will help you manage symptoms including fatigue and depression, improve your communication skills, use relaxation techniques, eat healthy, use medication effectively, monitor your blood sugar, and set goals. This program will be held on Tuesdays, February 4 – March 12, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Person County Office Building at 304 South Morgan Street in Roxboro.
