We know that the "Power of Planning" can be helpful when trying to improve your healthy eating lifestyle. Join us for this free virtual Zoom workshop on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 12pm (EST), geared towards caregivers but open for anyone to attend. We will use the Cooking Matters curriculum to offer this workshop on meal planning. We will discuss how to use all eligible food resources (SNAP, WIC, food pantry, foods on hand), plan menus ahead of time, make a grocery list, and choose the right foods and amounts for one’s health and body.
