General Statute 153A-40, notice is hereby given that a&nbsp;Special Meeting of the Person County Board of Commissioners has been&nbsp;duly called by a majority of the members of the Board for Monday,&nbsp;December 22, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.&nbsp;The meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Boardroom 215 in the&nbsp;Person County Office Building located at 304 S. Morgan St., Roxboro, NC.</p><p>The purpose of the Special Meeting will be for a Closed Session in&nbsp;accordance with NC General Statute 143-318.11(a)(3) to discuss matters&nbsp;related to attorney-client privilege, N.C General Statute 143-318.11(a)(1) to&nbsp;prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential&nbsp;pursuant to the law of this State or of the United States, or not considered a&nbsp;public record within the meaning of Chapter 132 of the General Statutes,&nbsp;and NC General Statute 143-318.11(a)(6) to discuss matters related to&nbsp;personnel.</p><p>This notice is provided in compliance with the North Carolina Open&nbsp;Meetings Law.</p><p>Issued this 19th day of December, 2025.</p><p>Michele Solomon, NCCCC<br>Clerk to the Board<br>Person County Board of Commissioners</p>
