Person County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for engineering, and general consulting services for the Raleigh Regional Airport at Person County.  The work/projects may include but are not limited to environmental studies, engineering studies, surveys, land acquisition assistance, apron expansion, airfield lighting and signage, NAVAIDs, airport visual aids, runway extensions and improvements, runway safety areas, airfield pavement rehabilitation/strengthening/expansion, hangers, taxiways, fencing, roadways and parking lots, perimeter road, landside paving, terminal expansion and improvements, fueling facilities, projects involving utilities, clearing, grading, paving, drainage and other projects as may be needed during the contract period, for related work at Raleigh Regional Airport at Person County.

Qualifications Statements are due by close of business on August 27, 2026, at the office of Ray Foushee, Person County Office Building, 304 S. Morgan St. Room 222, Roxboro, NC 27573.  Qualifications Statements received after the above time shall not be considered.  Copies of the Requests for Qualifications Statements may be obtained from the above address or from the Person County website.
