The Person County Civics Academy is an eight-week public information and community engagement program designed to offer County residents and business owners a chance to learn more about the functions of County government, understand the services provided to the community, and discover how residents and business owners can get more involved in county government and its activities. 

Participants must live or work in Person County and be at least 18 years of age. Each Academy session is limited to 15 participants. There is no charge for this program.

The Fall 2026 Person County Civics Academy has started and registration is closed.
