Person County Public Library is an official Passport Application Acceptance Facility certified by the U.S. Department of State. 

First Time Passports*

We can walk you through obtaining a passport for the first time and ensure all of the necessary documents are ready to be sent. For more information or to make an appointment, call 336-597-7881. We are unable to take walk-ins at this time.

*Please note the library does not take passport pictures. Applicants must bring pictures to their appointment.

Passport Renewals

Pick-up the passport renewal form or print a digital copy from the State Department website. This process must be completed and sent off individually. For more information, visit travel.state.gov.
