Life in 24

Life in 24 is a Diabetes Prevention Program that helps people who have prediabetes or are at risk for type 2 diabetes make lasting lifestyle changes. This program is not for anyone who has already been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Participants work with coaches and peers to learn healthy habits like better eating and staying active. For more information, call 336-597-2204, ext. 2277.

Take a Prediabetes Risk Test to determine if you might be at risk. If so, consider speaking with your healthcare provider.
