 Safety First

• Await your bus at the nearest PATS stop location.
• Upon reaching your destination, depart the bus using the available handrails.
• All buses are equipped with motorized lifts for wheelchairs and walkers.

 Shuttle Tips

• Be at the stop at least 5 minutes before the posted stop time.
• Passengers may request drop-offs along the route at safe locations, as long as time allows
• Stops at apartment complexes are near the main office.
• Bus may deviate from the route up to ½ mile off the published route, as long as time allows.

Rider Rules and Courtesy

• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed on the bus.
• No weapons of any kind are allowed.
• Please remain seated whenever the bus is in motion.
• Cursing and rude language are prohibited.
• An adult must accompany children under the age of 16.
• Personal music players must be used with headphones.
• Bags, large packages, and strollers must be kept out of the aisles. There is a five bag limit on shopping items
• No transportation of beer, wine, liquor, or any alcoholic beverage.
• Pets are not allowed on buses, but service animals are welcome.
• Combustible materials are not allowed except for portable oxygen tanks and respirators.
